Private Health Insurance
Depending on your level of cover, you may be eligible to claim part of your appointment through your private health insurance. Whilst there is no HICAPS machine on site, this is easily done by submitting your invoice to your health provider of choice.

Pearlescent Healing operates by appointment only. The Clinic is located in Springfield Central, Queensland. Please ensure you choose the correct time zone when booking your Clinic or Telehealth appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to the Clinic Appointment Policy as listed below.

Clinic Appointment Policy
This Clinic endeavours to flow in a timely manner for clients. Upon making a booking, the treatment room is reserved for you. Clinic appointment reminders are sent 48 hours in advance. For any changes or cancellations, 24 hours notice is sincerely appreciated. This allows sufficient time for your spot to be offered to somebody else who may be seeking assistance.

Please note that appointments cancelled within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a late cancellation fee. Missed appointments will be subject to the full appointment fee. Fees are payable upon invoice or at the next appointment. The Clinic Appointment Policy exists to enable the development of a mutual consideration and respect for your time as well as that of the practitioner.
